Welcome! It’s so good to have you here.
At some point in our lives, we may just need to get some support to get through life’s challenges. I work with adult individuals and couples who are experiencing, or have experienced anxiety, depression, stress, trauma responses, relationship and communication challenges, attachment wounds and injuries, life transitions, issues of ageing, and/or grief, loss, and bereavement.
As we work together, I’ll listen, and you’ll be heard and seen without judgement. I strive to honour your lived experience, autonomy, identity, and culture, and to support you to strengthen connections with yourself, your values, goals, and preferred ways of knowing and being. Together we’ll look for what is helpful to bring about meaningful change.

Online Counselling Services
I use evidence-based approaches to address a wide range of concerns in support of your healing and personal growth. These are my areas of special interest and training: anxiety, depression, stress, trauma responses, relationship and communication challenges, attachment wounds and injuries, life transitions, issues of ageing, and/or grief, loss, and bereavement.
Appointments are scheduled through the Jane App. The Jane App is compliant with The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Each online appointment is encrypted, and anonymous. They are not recorded, or stored in any way.

I use collaborative, somatic (body-based), narrative-informed, and trauma-informed approaches to highlight the strengths, mental wellness, and resilience of my clients. We’ll explore your concerns, and hopes for therapy, as we’ll set goals for our work together. My strength-based approach emphasizes the exploration of body awareness and wisdom, ways of thinking, emotions, and responses, and is rooted in a supportive therapeutic relationship.

I work with couples and those in relationships to find ways of communicating and relating that strengthen connection, communication, and meaning. I encourage understanding of the needs of each partner, as well as the needs of the relationship itself. My strength-based approach emphasizes the exploration of needs and desires, interactions, language, culture, body awareness and wisdom, ways of thinking, emotions, and responses, and is rooted in a supportive therapeutic relationship.
