Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

In Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) we aim to find places of both acceptance and change. We take a compassionate and accepting stance while looking for ways to change and grow. We can explore a wide variety of useful strategies and skills in the areas of mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. In session I may offer tools from DBT to add to the toolbox of resilience.
